How do I calculate shipping costs?

Our shopping cart interacts with both United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) Real-Time shipping rates software and automatically adds shipping costs for the selected delivery method to the order.

How fast can you ship it?

We ship domestically via both the USPS and UPS every day M-F (holidays excluded). Unless otherwise noted, your order will ship within 1 business day of receipt of your order and credit card approval. Upon checkout, you will have the option to select from a wide variety of shipping methods.

Calculating Sales Tax

Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state indicated in the shipping address. Each state has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.

International Shipping

You may choose from a variety of USPS or UPS international shipping options.

A Note to our international customers:  Customs is NOT included in your shipping cost.  Whether or not you are charged for customs will be dependent on your carrier and/or local post.  By placing an international order you are assuming ALL liability for customs and duties.

We will not falsify the customs forms by claiming your order is a gift, so please do not ask us to do so.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We are only able to ship to Post Office boxes in the U.S. via USPS. UPS will only deliver to a physical address.

Can I Ship to Someone Else?

Shipping to an address that is different from your billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter in their shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability dates change. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.

Returns

Within 30 days of purchase, we allow a fully refunded (less shipping) return. We will accept returns for up to 90 days from original purchase, however after 30 days we will charge a 15% (less shipping) restocking fee. Item must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with the original sales receipt.
Simply give customer service a call at 877-914-ONYA (6692) between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to issue a return authorization number. As soon as we receive the item, a refund will be immediately issued to the originally charged credit card.

Exchanges

We will gladly allow you to exchange a new, unused item for another item within 30 days of purchase. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Simply give customer service a call at 877-914-ONYA (6692) between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to issue a return authorization number and calculate additional shipping costs. Then when you send the item back, include the original invoice and a check for the additional shipping and we will send you your replacement immediately.

Flawed or Defective Products

We have the highest standards at Onya Baby, Inc. We warrant our products against defects in workmanship or materials for (1) one year from date of purchase. If you find a defect, please return your product, with proof of purchase, directly to us so that we can confirm the defect and repair or replace it, at our discretion.
