RETURNS

Within 30 days of purchase, we allow a fully refunded (less shipping) return. Item must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with the original sales receipt. Simply Contact Us with your reason of return, order number from our online retail store or photo of your proof of purchase. Once we receive the item and the item is unused condition with registration tag still attached to carrier, a refund will be immediately issued to the originally charged credit card.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card minus shipping fees, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us and be sure to include your name, Order # and your phone number so we can be sure to get in touch with you if all other forms of communication are not working.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly allow you to exchange a new, unused item for another item within 30 days of purchase. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Simply give customer service a call at 831-471-8623 between the hours of 10am and 4pm PST, Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to talk with you about your situation. Once you talk with our staff and they give you the ok for an exchange please send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
